Structural Conflict Handling Through Characteristic Congregational Prayer in Islamic Elementary School

The parental involvement in schools not only improve the quality of education, but also affect child. children school committee or korlas (class coordinator) tend to be more confident, dare show their existence, and dominate so that social classes are formed feel they have power. This gives rise structural conflict between students. study aims describe handling conflicts through habituation congregational prayer (shalat berjamaah) at MI Al-Falah. method used this is a case study. data collection techniques in-depth interviews with teacher student as informants, observations, documentation. analysis technique uses Miles Huberman model stages reducing data, presenting drawing conclusions verification. credibility test carried out member check. results research obtained prayers can reduce by fostering sense brotherhood, familiarity, building concern, eliminating aggressiveness inequality, realizing human standing same before Allah SWT.
